Upgrading Your Muscle Car Low Back Bucket Seats

There are a lot of performance upgrades you can do to your muscle car, but perhaps none as impactful to the driving comfort as a seat upgrade. Nick's 65 Impala SS had the original seats in it, and while they were in decent shape, there was a lot to be desired in terms of comfort. In this video, Nick shows you the seats that he chose to upgrade to: TMI low back bucket seats. They retain the original style look and feel while providing much improved support for long road trips and performance driving.

How good is the bolstering? Thinking of grabbing these for my Camaro but not sure if they're enough for autox or open track.

Good question, and hard to answer because of subjectivity. I feel like the bolster support is great. It likely doesn't hold a candle to a proper racing seat, but I feel would get the job done for a weekend warrior where a car would also be street driven. Overall, I'm really happy with these seats.
