Finally staked my spark a few days ago and started earning some UPX. Interesting concept. I figured it out, but came to check out the video. Good explanations. I got into upland when it first came out. I own six properties , all with structures(poor lowly worker, low dough). Definitely glad to see upland being continually updated, showing developers are working on it.

What is the advantage of building on properties. I would assume people would pay more for it, but what would be a more detailed explanation of the advantages of building a structure on your property?

You will get your UPX after you remove your staked spark from the property

I also heard you have to wait until there's 5,000 UPX in your account before you can withdraw to your Upland account.

when competition goes up, prices go down. Not up. The more people renting, the less you are going to receive for your spark. I'm looking now, and only 4 listings offer 7.6/spark hour. The rest are 6.65 or less. So down 25% in a year.. The devs are destroying the game imo..
