Pile three- I dreamed of a Jaguar and a wolf chasing eachother last night and here I am listening to the story of my life. From the pushy mother to the arrogant twin that I've been connected to for a long time- down to the T. You're right. I do notice my anger isn't "me" and as soon as I noticed it and tried to heal it (not so long ago) my twin messaged me hi. We talked in a voice chat and he told me with such a happy voice "I broke up with her". The very first thing he siad. We haven't talked since. He's so anxious and I feel it. We had a really twisted and toxic relationship and yes my ego is really suspicious of him and I'm indeed dissapionted of both of us; I know we both were really harsh towards eachother. Pile 2 In the past I over-gave in the hope that in the end it would all work out. There was an attachment to the outcome. A need for love and support that was not being met. Almost an ignoring of my own wants and needs. Seeing myself as not independent enough if I had any want or need of anything because I knew she wasn’t going to be able to give it. I felt stuck. Still clearing that up. So I don’t do it again. I’m working on being a receiver now of love and support. Not only the giver. But someone open to having my needs met and feeling comfortable with that experience. As a man oddly I was taught that my needs didn’t matter so much and to always put others first and to care for them. That’s what being tough was about. I really hadn't watched in a good while now but thought what the heck might see whats there. You couldn't have been more spot on. I miss having time for myself to tap in, I've been off trying to find balance only to find my rage which I have lived in unacknowledged for years.
