Upload Excel file from PowerApps to SharePoint

If I wanted to go a step further and read the excel file that was added to the document library and append those rows to a SharePoint list - what would be the best way to do that? I've been trying to work this out but am a bit stuck.

@M365 Tech "No table was found with the name 'Table1'. I keep getting this. is there something missing?

@M365, I have the same issue as a few below: "No table was found with the name 'Table1'. When changing the name of the file input, or submitting it from a different computer, the Table name is changing to another table name and its not recognizing it back anymore. Can you share if there is a workaround please?

Open your excel file, select all the rows and select the Table it will be named as Table1 by default

Hi. Just found this. Many thanks! As others have said, the Excel file that is being created appears to be invalid and the flow also fails as it is unable to find 'Table1'?

I am also getting same error and when I am trying to open uploaded excel file from SharePoint documents folder it's througing an error and due to that it's unable to find the table , and more strange thing is when I am trying to select the filename in list rows present then it's giving an error as unsupported file

I am creating the same POC as shown by you but the file which gets created in sharepoint is corrupt as a result it is not getting saved in SharePoint list. The error is same as mentioned by most of people that table name not found. But the main issue is excel file created is corrupt as such unable to read that file. I created one separate upload flow and one flow to save data in sharepoint list. Again the excel file created was corrupt. I uploaded my excel manually and executed the second flow to upload the data in sharepoint list than that second flow work fine. What can be the reason that excel file created is always corrupt. When I try to open that manual also it is giving error that file is not in a proper format.

hi, I tried creating a dummy file and replaced it with the dynamic file which passed is from powerapps as showed in your video, but when I test run, it shows error at List rows action- 'no table was found with the name 'Table1'. Can you please help, or suggest if there is a work around.

It worked when you keep the file name as is don't use the powerapps file content in List Rows

@M365, How are you able to upload an excel file while the dialogue box show the image? When I click upload I can only see "all files" or "images" so when I select All files and pick excel file it saves in a funny format

Hello, you may create one dummy file refer that and replace that going forward. This will give you a placeholder time being.
