I’ve seen some people talk about issues with chin to chest and an asphyxiation risk with the Uppababy car seats. Do you see this issue with the aria?

Unlike the other Uppababy Infant Seats, the Aria has a 2-piece insert. The few I've fit so far have worked out great, I have yet to put in a smaller sized child, which has been the biggest concern with Uppa seats. The Uppa manual for Aria does state you can continue using the 2 piece insert until the child can get a good fit without out, including no slumping.
