Hi dear even i buy rock salt only...i fry in kadai along with drumstick leaves n powder it n keep...i wash drumstick leaves n put it in kadai n it gets dried up easily n fried too...once i fried in normal iron kadai not cast iron so it became rusted like...so i avoid iron kadai but roast in heavy bottom hindalium kadai

Fry rock salt and drumstick leaves (washed and dried leaves) in clay pot. When the leaves become crispy switch off the stove. Powder it when cool. Very good for health.

Hi , small correction it's sulphur not iodine, Salt is cleaned by bleaching with sulphur we get iodine from.salt which is very important for our health sis pls don't mistake me 😊
