Ma'am this is utter non sense from aayog,two weeks ago they themselves said that by mid December paper may be conducted,now suddenly they release a notice for 2 shift and for ro 3 shifts,firstly it was there incompetence that they can't stop cheating in examination which was supposed to happen in March ,how can they blame students for this ,they didn't agreed that there was cheating in RO ppr,they can't conduct paper in all 75 district of a state and think that implementation of normalisation will be proper and transparent, UPPSC still can't make 150 correct questions in most prestigious exam of biggest populated state of India and they want us to believe in there new non sense of normalisation.they want us to live in fools paradise. This is wrong on their part ,there is no justification for this behaviour, students feel cheated😢😮. The concept of sympathy, empathy & compassion in ethics is only for students while UPPSC follows apathy towards real matters of students.
