• For the second time in four days, Upper Arlington defeated league foe Olentangy Liberty, moving ahead of the state-ranked Patriots in the OCC standings.
• Chris Schueler struck out seven in 5.1 innings to earn the win buoyed by a Bears' 4-run outburst in the fifth inning.
• For Upper Arlington, Charlie Lindeboom and Colin Scott accounted for half of the hits, with Lindeboom driving in two runs. Kuyper Lashutka and Nick Porter each had RBI hits as well in the victory.
