Isn't it B12 vitamin that parietal cells help to absorb and not iron??
@KyrieW6 жыл бұрын
Parietal cells do produce intrinsic factor which helps absorb B12. But they also produce acid which helps the body absorb Fe+2 by reducing it from Fe+3. sickle.bwh.harvard.edu/iron_absorption.html
