applaud Up for doing this! is really not easy. i have watched a movie about a father who lost job, had to do DRAG queen shows to earn a living. is a touching movie. The actor had to undergo six weeks of training, including how to wear and strut in heels, as well as dancing. And I watched Kinky Boots musical in London, imagine they had to dance in heels.

Its the main interest of a professional artist/actor to perform all kind of characters... every role is new, every story, every shooting. Good actors are versatile and have training in different fields, studying and getting skills a life long. Actors love extreme characters, to disguise, transform ... to be the opposit of real personality. Up is not that sportsman so he never will be in an action role but he is the logical, the thinker, the genius , scientist... I guess soon, after BL, he will have more of the difficult pschological roles in a thriller or science fiction or horror genre. Mental actors often love the absurd, criminal or insane characters as work life balance. Romance or comedy is boring to them over time. They prefer the absolutley rare challenge ... BL is a young genre and helps young talents to join the industry without drama and art education. But at 30/33 they need to move on into common roles. Lets wait what Up will be in future, his talent and charisma is made for top acting career at his choice. 🏆🎬
