We have a 35 year old Engel that is still going , she has a lot of travel kisses, has had a couple of face lifts but is starting to show its age. Have been looking at replacing with an upright. This looks like the solution.

Hey mate great vid. Quick question how cold does dometic fridge get. Always had chest fridge and doing a new build and going to go upright. Like my beer at 0 to -1 degree. And worried upright won’t get it there without over working it. Do you also have to defrost it like the bushman’s?

Not sure on the defrosting as yet but you can get the beers to freeze on performance mode, so definitely cold enough

You can move the top shelf up but not as high as the freezer insert that comes out

Justo, How are you finding the new 115 ltr Dometic in your Canopy mate/ Im wanting to swap out my 80 ltr drop down in my Norweld Half Canopy for a 115 Dometic urgently here in the NT. Quick question, can you turn the freezer down lower when the rest of the unit is in fridge mode? Only thing I would love to see on them is a temp gauge so you know where its at like drop down units have.
