I gotta tell you Allen, I am a real fan of those vertical smokers, less space, plenty of room. I wish you could show us a video in cook times from rack to rack, what type of varience there is from top to the bottom rack, and does everything drip on itself, say I smoked meat and salmon, are my meat juice drippings going to land on my fish, I guess you could offset everything, just curious. Love the videos.

That is an example of experience: 4:17, now I see why that strip of metal is offset (vent holes) and killing two birds with one stone, he-he. Perfect hole alignment 👍
