Como estas? he tenido problemas con un APC de 10kva SRT marca error p05, arranca desde baterias pero en cuanto le doy entrada hace un juego de reles y se pone en falla sin dar salida... Agradezco tus sugerencias.

No, la empresa fabricante dice: estos módulos no tienen reparación, son desechables y tienen una alto costo.

I have same problem. the device read the input voltage around 110V while the real input is 220V. i check the 3 phase and the neutral is all ok. so any way to fix it?

@@MrAlabsi81 the device i was fixing is not fixed even when i fix all hardware damage because some one else remove the battery for the NV RAM that make the factory configuration lost. I contact APC but they are replay with a silly replay : we can't provide you with help because this is unsafe for you to fix the device because you are not authorized. Where are you from?
