Yeah a lot of signature moves are like that. They go for the cover every time, but it's signature move so they rarely if ever get an actual pinfall. Same with Sami's Blue Thunder Bomb, which honestly should just be an alt finisher. Always thought Seth's superplex-to-falcon arrow should finish matches sometimes too. End of Days is probably the most protected finisher in WWE right now though, as it should be.

Surprised WWE hasn’t clued into a very good way to resolve the Brock/Roman feud: special referee Paul Heyman. It would end up being no-holds-barred, no-DQ because Paul would be terrified of ringing the bell and giving either the loss. He would squirm every time he was given no choice but to count. And at the end, he’s getting a beat down from someone.

The Draft worked back in the day when you had Cena going to Raw as WWE champion and Batista went to Smackdown or when Cm punk went to Monday night Raw. Right after that we got Bragging rights which is what Survivor series has turned into, look Survivor series is no longer the same. And yes the roulette screen, the backstage locker room with Smackdown and Raw superstars on the same show made the Draft even bigger. WWE dropped the ball
