It’s amazing to me. Not long ago the fans were upset at WWE for its lack of long term storytelling. Now they are giving us long term storytelling and people complain. Liv needs more time to build this heel persona. Becky will defend the title like she did in NXT, elevating new stars while Liv becomes more and more unhinged. Maybe she even wins QotR then wins the title at Clash at the Castle or Money in the Bank. By then, you have bolstered the division with new faces, Liv Morgan is booked as a strong champion which was the complaint from her first title reign AND you have a ready made feud with Rhea heading in to Mania season. Becky winning was the right call.

I'm tired of people acting like good storylines can't come from other talent, I get that it makes the most sense for Liv to not win right now and I agree, but there is definitely a good way they could have used Shayna or Nia or anyone else that has nothing going on right now to be a transitional champion and it wouldn't have hurt them, because they already have 0 things going right now. A fun RAW, Priest and Jey Uso are setting up their title match. Awesome Truth vs DIY was a solid match, a bit shocked Awesome Truth retained. Drew and Sheamus had a great promo battle and led to a fun match against Nakamura. We even got the new meme "Burger after Burger." Gunther declared himself for the King of The Ring and I expect him to head to Smackdown. Ludwig also finally turned on Giovanni, so I'm curious what that means for both of them. All the women got to shine in the main event, many getting their first-ever chance to be in a main event or RAW. It was a solid Battle Royal but I feel Becky was the wrong choice. Yes, they can still have Liv chase after Becky now, but when they had Becky come off "vacation' early it felt like WWE went into panic mode. Once again they had one of the Four Horsewomen go over instead of giving another talent a chance. This should have been Nia or Liv's moment, or even someone like Shayna who is well overdue. It seems a lot of people feel the same way, that Becky Hogan was the wrong choice.

Not sure about this insistence that Chad Gable is gonna restable first with the Creed Brothers. I kinda want to see him take Candace LaRae and Indi Hartwell under his wing. Then we get Chad vs Otis as a backdrop of LaRae and Hartwell vs Maxine and Ivy Nile. At some point, LaRae and Hartwell need to cheat their way into the tag title conversation to give this more weight. Sure, the Creeds match the olympic upbringing that Gable has, it just doesn't seem like something that has been played into much, unlike the angles already planted between LaRae and Maxxine which managed to catch a lot of social media attention as it happened.

I think they need to have Gunther as King and Tiffany as the Queen; it lends itself almost exclusively to heels; the only babyface 'Monarch' that really played into the royalty gimmick was Xavier (which was short-lived), and Zelina was a heel at the time. Bret, Shamrock and Edge had to protect their babyface status by not leaning into the "King" aspect at all, and Austin was (hilariously now) meant to be full heel when he won it, and it made him one of biggest (if not THE biggest) babyfaces in company history... It will also set Gunther and Tiffany up to feud with Cody/Damian and Bayley/Becky respectively as legitimately over World title contenders...

That's sports entertainment...... when you have plans that don't work you need to make new plans... the plan for roman was to not defend it for months. The plan for rhea was to make her a workhorse. And if rhea ends up gone for 3 months then you've got to find a better time for her to drop the belt.. And if she was supposed to drop the belt within those 3 months originally then people will ask why didn't she just vacate it. Seth held the belt because clearly the plan was for him to lose it at mania.. Roman held the belt because the plan was for him to lose it at mania

For many years it's passed me off when a champion had to give up a belt when they were going to be out a month or 2 when Brock then Roman went 3-4 months without defending. Look at Roxanne Perez...she had the title taken (her 1st reign) away and it felt like she was back in the ring within 3 weeks. They couldn't have waited?!?!

well first of all there are not as many women to team up with tag belts such as the men’s that’s why they only have one set of tag belts. However with more belts such as IC or US or whatever they want to call them makes for individual story lines a lore more interesting other than them just always going for a world title. You involve a lot more into shows and make more matches and help with getting rid of squash or filler matches.

@KenAdams426 were already in a situation where only 3 of the men's belts need to have focus (one of which wasn't even defended). The US title is basiclaly a logan paul prop right now. There anrt enough tag teams because they're arnt enough mid carders as it is.. which is why most of them are just 2 mid careers slapped together. Adding 2 random mod card belts is just gonna make them seem even less important

It was right for Becky to win the belt after that big build up to Wrestlemania forty and that huge let down. I was wanting Becky to win and she was my favorite in this match. BUT it is also right that Liv Morgan, or Shayna Bazeler or few others to get a time to hold the belt or some time soon after this. I am not double minded. I have an opinion but I also see both sides of this dispute. THERE NEEDS TO be an Intercontinental women’s title. It’s not Becky’s fault others didn’t get a shot, I don’t even think it’s the booker’s management’s or corporate’s fault. I think it’s something most people at WWE didn’t really take thought about. I didn’t really think about it until probably a few months ago.

Becky winning the championship means Rhea is still far off from returning... I don't think Triple H wanted Liv to hold the title for a long time outside the feud she would have with Rhea
