In fairness Gunther’s reign may have surpassed it but Miz’s run with the IC Title a few years back made it feel like a big deal again- that belt felt like an afterthought for some time before then.

The Miz is an incredible utility player. He's such a fantastic Heel, but it's easy to respect the man because of his accomplishments, longevity and willingness to do what he's asked and succeed in the process. He's a great wrestler, a solid actor and a social media dreamboat.

Simon's reaction to Chesea VS Natalya is pretty much exactly how I felt, so much so, I couldn't even tell how the audience reacted to it, as in, they seemed relatively silent throughout, but it's like I couldn't register it properly. the weirdness made the match way more fun to me

The Xia Li and Candice LeRae match was the weirdest thing WWE has done in a while. The crowd wasn't feeling either wrestler before the match, and they definitely weren't feeling either wrestler after.

To be honest, I'm almost wondering if this was a call to what Mox said the other day.. It felt so out of the blue, almost like how it would feel if what Mox had said came to light. The timing of it is also a little too quick between what he had said, and this match.

They hit their big moves then Priest cashes in and hits the reckoning for the win. It can start a new story for Cody his own story. The Xia/Candice thing was a direct shot at AEW/Moxley's comments over the weekend. Mox said something about AEW lacking in medical (ref stoppage, etc) when people are in the ring (after he criticized WWE for doing it years ago). So WWE put in a spot where the ref stopped the match.

It's still a Samoan drop. Tatanka is Indian he used the Samoan drop. Announcers called it Samoan drop. The Miz is right he brought prestige back to the I.C championship. Then when he lost it his 8th time. The title was devalued until Gunther. The Miz is probably going to win it from Gunther. So Jericho won't hold the record for most I.C championship reigns. It looked like Miz was going to do that a few years ago. Then Vince McMahon just dropped it. Why would Vince allow a wrestler in another company hold a record for one of his championships?
