I just opened my UPS to check, found the battery to be okay, whereas the two wires of the transformer..are giving the buzzer sound when set to connectivity on the MM. The other four wires on the other side of the Transformer is fine....

mera ups without main supply and without load chalu hota hai jaise hi load atach karta hu ups band hota hai. load mai charger, led bulb koibhi lagau band hota hai. batter chek kiya ok hai, mosfed mai continuity pe koi reading nahi aa rahi. relay check kiya vo bhi barabar hai abhi kya problem aa sakata hai. jaise hi load lagata hu reley trip hone ki avaj ati hai or ups band hota hai.

Sir, mera ups hai (microtek) kuch purana aur 2 saal pehle battery change kiya, usse pehle bhi ekbar battery change hua tha aur woh 5 saal chala par is bar 2 saal hi hua aur ekdin achanak se ups bahut heat hone laga jab main apne computer mein kaam kar rahha tha aur maine kuch khat khat ki awaz suni ups ko hath lagaya toh body bahut heat ho raha tha aur jab main power off karke backup mode gaya toh dekha battery discharged thi (10.5 v ) aur continuous beep de raha tha. Fir power on karke battery charge karne koshish ki toh ups fir heat hone laga par battery charge nai hui. Maine ups ko mere series board mein lagake dekha (series board mein 60 Watts lamp hai) toh lamp Dim jal raha tha aur fir main multimeter se AC cord ki continuity check bhi ki jo main transformer se connect hai aur mujhe 9 ohms reading mili. Please batayen kya fault hai aur new battery lagane ke baad bhi aisa kyu hua ? Battery dead kyu hui ?

Hi. I am trying to fix my UPS which has same type of Circuit Board... and the UPS is one year old. Whenever the Power goes OFF, the UPS does not switch to BATTERY POWER. I checked the battery it's over 12.50V, Relays are good and MOSFETs are fine. What you think is the problem? I even checked the Transformer... it's showing.. 1.9ohms on the 200Mm settings. Can you please suggest me or can I have your number?
