Major problem in ups employees will contribute 10 percent for 30 years and after retirement what will he get. He will get 6 months' salary money as lumsum after contributing 30 years of his 10 percent salary this is pure SCAM.

Govt should not do this, nps was best, extra burden for govt as well as common people. I know govt employees are against nps because it is not assured pension.
