Current status _CJI is replaced by Cabinet minister in terms of EC,CEC appointment. Mantioned in 324 article.tenure 6yrs till 65yrs whichever is earlier and could be removed anytime or can resign but process is as supreme court judge removal impeachment of 2/3rd majority of both houses of parliament.
