Hello bhaiya! 10-15 din pahle gym k time got a muscular spasm in my lower back....abhi bhi drd h thoda but pahle se bahut better hai. 1.5-2 saal pahle ligament injury hui thi right knee to abhi dikkt bilkul nhi h but ispe pressure aata weight ka like sidhiya chadhte time jb isse 1 sidhi chadhta tb kt kt ki sound krti and ye itna tez hota ki side me khda bnda bde aaram se sun sakta😅 To bhaiya ye 1st attempt tha written pka clear hai but medical me inka kya hoga kuch nhi pta thoda idea ho to bhaiya please thoda btaiye kuch ki kya hoga inka orr kya karun. and 1 orr cheez bhaiya mera appendix ka open 2019 me hua tha but mark abhi tk hai but koi document nhi h uska mere paas Advance me thank you bhaiya🤓

@@CAPFBuddyNetwork 100 mtr 800 mtr and long jump back to back kr skte ho to koi prob nhi h. Medical me they don't check back pain etc. But regarding your appendix opn, They do check scars and asks necessary Q's pertaining to scars. But 5 years hogye hai to ho sakta hai jyada issue na ho.

For the spec using candidates,Prescription from the doctors of private hospital or private spectacle shop that clearly clarify the lens power etc.. Only need or govt doctors prescription is essential...?

Sir, what about having DNS ,is it may lead to rejection? Or is it ok to have surgery and correct it before going mst?

@@arvi077 it depends upon the severity of deviation. It should not be a wise decision to go for a surgery right now(but you can think of it for next year). It is treatable. My nose was casually checked(Only doubt cases were properly examined).Wish you best of Luck.🤞

Aur sir mai 2 years ka tha tab mera hernia ka operation hua hai... Muze abhi koi problem nahi hai hernia ki.... Lekin operation ke documents mere pass nahi hai sir.. Abhi 20 years ho gaye operation ko... Toh documents ka kya kare iss situation mai

Alignment doesn't matter. Only 14 DENTAL POINTS are Reqd. The procedure of calculating dental point have been explained in MST video.

@@Moon_Hashira01 Movement properly honi chaiye, joints sahi hone chaiye, Pain nahi hona chaiye. Unko ye mat bolna k Chot lagi thi, yahi bolna k" by birth"hai. Itna bhi dhyan se nahi dekhte(bas shak mat hone dena). Ha agar jyada hi dikkat hogi to wo pakad lenge.

@@RekhaRatnu Sabhi girls candidates ka PET+PST+MST, alag hota (generally sabse last me, like hamare case me 7 Dec se 26 Dec tak Physicals and Medicals hue the to last k 3-4 days sirf girls k liye the. But I am not sure k jo male candidates extensions lete hai , unka wo girls k sath lete hai ya alag se. Hope it helps.

Hona to chaiye, itna to wo chhod denge, baki have good food, phone kam chalana and padhte time gaps lete rehna. Don't stress out upon your eyes too much. All the best.
