Sir I got my degree in 2018. But I applied for my degree certificate recently after I passed this year prelims. I have my marks list and provisional certificate. Is it ok to apply DAF with these instead of original degree certificate as it will take atleast one month for the original degree certificate to reach me by post. Please help me.

Can I change My preferences after my UPSC interview list? Consider I fill IAS as my first service preference.After result I get IAS but then I understand there is no vacancy for IAS in my home state.But there is vacancy for IPS in my home state. So can I change my preferences from IAS to IPS after my result

Sir , I applied for UPSC prelims 2020 from a cafe .They helped me fill the application . I have 2 doubts regarding this . Kindly clarify ... 1)I uploaded Aadhar as my photo id proof . But it contains only Year of birth and not the complete Date of birth . Will my candidature get cancelled?? 2) I have a doubt whether my aadhar id uploaded is of pdf format. I asked the cafe members about that , because I had a doubt whether it's of the right format . They replied that if it was of the wrong format , an error box will appear asking us to check the format . It's true for photo and sign . Is it true for the Photo Id also ???I'm a beginner and from a rural area . That's y these kinds of doubts ...Please reply sir...
