I have one doubt. I have not done PG currently, and Iam planning to get PG in future. If I put category 1 as my first preference and I get posted in CGHS, can I transfer to one of the central institutes under CHS after I get my PG?

Almost every year the cutoff goes around 52-55 percent, I did almost 190 questions correctly and 30 questions wrong.
