Sir..hope u help with my confusion...im basically a bright student..secured top marks in board exams..After college i decided to prepare for upsc.. 2021 passed out.. At first attempt i didn't know anything about upsc. I gave frst attempt for experience.. Next year i was somewhat lethargic.. Not very sincere in preparation as i decided to do self study..no idea about exam. Second attempt also failed..now i have good amount of knowledge, strategy, way to approach this exam.. I ransacked many videos nd consolidated.. Im confident nd ready to start from scratch.. This year i neede to clear upsc..my confusion is, as i dont have any experience with coaching, do i need to join gs foundation course? Or continue with my self study.. I have enough confident to do self study but friends saying that it will be risky.. Need your idea sir.. Pls rply as soon as possible becoz the batches are going now...

Yesterday in my exam centre they didn't allow us to get the water bottle inside the hall We argued but ends in vain They provide no adequate drinking water facility In afternoon the weather was terrible got dehydration issue Need to complain this to UPSC Where to complain?
