Sarjana Yadav AIR 126 UPSC CSE 2019 Father: IES, Superintending Engineer, ESIC. Initially UPSC rejected her candidature and did not allocate any post due to dubious OBC NON CREAMY LAYER CERTIFICATE, as father was a directly appointed Group A officer (apart from private earnings). But she went to CAT and was mysteriously allocated to IAS.

Sir, Please keep raising voice for following reforms at multiple stages 1) Answer key within 1 week 2) Marks disclosure of failed candidates at respective stage 3) Mains evaluation criteria 4) Model answers for Mains answers 5) True copy of answer sheet under RTI just like BPSC 6) Disclosing normalisation procedure adopted in case of optionals 7) Reducing the discretion and favouritism at interview stage through multi-panel interview or reducing the marks of interview 8) Declaring final result on the day last interview conducted 9) Conducting prelims 2 times in a year 10)Adhering to syllabus at the preliminary stage to avoid the randomness of results

@1:34 Correction sir! IBPS (the exam conducting body for various bank exams in our country) DOES NOT release answer keys at all. Not even after the exam cycle is over. And forget about answer keys, it doesn't even release the question paper. IBPS is just another opaque institution in our country. 😊

UPSC denied to give any compensatory attempt due to COVID (despite Supreme Court and Parliamentary committee recommending it) yet it has absolutely no problem in allocating service, cadre and posting to candidates with dubious credentials

I personally know few guys who have into Govt. Educational Institutions(IITs/NITs/Medical,,etc) and even in govt jobs using OBC NCL certificates even though they are very rich(Creamy Layer) and Fake EWS certificates ...OBC NCL is being by many people even though they are rich from last 10-15 years ...I even know one guy who can get OBC NCL certificate for 10-15K if you have OBC cast certificate. It is very sad but true..

Most of them are stealing the privilege seat from the ST, SC by applying the fake certificate. But it's not a fault for upsc , does who issuing the certificate are the one. And for the allotment of seat it must be charge of DoPT .

People are talking about the reservation and the reserved class candidates…..what about the general category ASPIRANTS ……people belonging to SC ST OBC can give the upsc exam from reserved class as well as from the general category and general category aspirants has no option…so basically even the seats left for the general category aspirants aren’t only for them but for others as well….so general category aspirants doesn’t even have the fair share of the seats ITS SOMETHING TO WORRY ABOUT…..I HOPE ONE DAY SOMEONE WILL PUT THIS CONCERN IN THE LIMELIGHT AS WELL

Brother, There is no "category"for generals. It is called "open". Ie assume there are 100 vacancies for IAS and let 60 are reserved, then let me tell you, if all top 40 ranks are occupied by reserved people, ZERO generals will become IAS then. So, if in the pdf, the first general person is 41 ranked, he WILL NOT get IAS ,despite a total of 100 seats. Perhaps ie why one of my distant cousins joined Iskcon an year ago.
