Yes sir, Lateral entries in my opinion are good for the nation as in one part the expertise in various technical department will be provided by them and can make better and inclusive department, also the two sectors private and public can work together, as public sector(bureaucrats) can provide ground level issues through data and registration process and private sector can help in overcoming it wolith essential technologies and funding in partnership
