brother different types of services have different needs for example ips needs physical fitness a blind or handicapped person cannot be allotted ips or other technical service if a person is unfit for particular service he/she maybe alloted different service according to the preference if qualifies the exam

No mentioning in Upsc notification. So tattoo is allowed in Ips, ias all other services mentioned in notification. But tattoo is not allowed in various state police service, army above forearm. In upsc Tattoo is not a problem at all.

मेडिकल टेस्ट में फेल होने के बाद जो टेक्निकल सर्विसेज होती है वो आपको नहीं मिलती है बाकी सारी सर्विसेज जो नन टेक्निकल होती है वो आपको रैंक के हिसाब से अलॉट होती...है टेक्निकल सर्विसेज की बात करें तो इसमें IPS,IRPFS,DANIPS,PPS,IRTS होती हैं IAS,IFS,IRS etc नन टेक्निकल सर्विसेज होती है...
