She must be topper during MBBS and topper means top 3 if not first..Because the books she is mentioning are literally Bhagvadgeeta size and there are 19 subjects and completing it in span of 7 months along with GS is ridiculously unbelievable.. The one thing I find motivating is that She said she didn't find it boring to read Anatomy and all other 1st yr subjects almost after 10 yr of her 1st MBBS... And please all those who topped with Medical science mention that Nobody apart from MBBS background should take it as optional...Many people from Non medico background keeps asking that,it is freaking lengthy and many struggle in it even after 5.5 yr of MBBS.

Thank you so much ma’am for going into the details of each paper and each subject. Very helpful. It’s pretty hard to find anything on Medical Science optional. I had a basic doubt though regarding the syllabus- Going through the last 15-20 years of question papers on Med Sci, I came across questions from topics outside the syllabus. For eg, the Biochemistry syllabus does not mention metabolism and those cycles, but questions in the past (before 2005/2004) have been asked from TCA cycle, or Aminoacid metabolism etc. Did the syllabus change post 2005? Should we stick to the syllabus, or should we do those topics (metabolism etc)? They are such huge topics! :(
