It doesn't means that He will be disqualified to hold Any post like IAS, IPS, IRS etc..because of not selected in Interview, we may know that how much knowledge and skills even his personality development will be quite good enough, According to my humble opinion, He can set up UPSC-CSE Coaching Centre/Institute to cultivate his knowledge bank for the new generation,Or He may join Mentor in any UPSC Coaching Institute. ✍️✍️✍️✍️

UPSC is not the ultimate so that you will focus only into it and no other exams.... My friend is a KVS PGT teacher which is a grade B post. Now after 4 years of service he will be promoted as VICE PRINCIPAL which is equivalent rank of an IAS.... GRADE A Level 10. Then Principal... equivalent rank of a District Magistrate..
