BPSC के द्वारा SDM बनाया जाता हैं। जबकि JPSC के द्वारा BDO/CO बनाया जाता है। झारखंड के छात्रों के साथ धोखा हो रहा है।

BPSC ke through gine chune toppers ko hi SDM milta hai. Baaki sab BDO or CO lvl. Hi ji appoint hote hai or dhere dhere promotion paakar SDM, DM bante hai... SDM ban na aasaan kaam nahi hai bhai

Yes and because of this weak institutional & Administrative structure of the Jharkhand, Chattisgarh State, the Naxalism, Hunger, Poverty, Employment etc. Problems were not admitted carefully, and it took too long to curb it. Hope in upcoming years both the state governments will legislate the oldage rules and Hierarchial System.
