As this commission is popular that’s the reson for shaming but no one knows about ssc or any psc. Even ssb boards in armed forces do favouritism whose parents are already in services. So the economy geo history doesn’t matter here. The main reason for increasing jobless growth is infiltration through illegal means and favouritism. Even in private ventures you will see favouritism is the basis of promotion. Even 10T economy can’t do anything when people are spineless in their character.

@@themask5249 pmo isn’t the commission and parties goes in and out so if pmo handles everything it will again be biasness and favouritism. Head will reflect their own intentions via executives. Commission needs to be pro Active. Also rootcause is our education system. In my schooldays we use to have morals as subjects. But what I observed that school needed only answers what they had taught and no answers from ourside, that means applied knowledge is nil. So when applied knowledge is override by rattafication and we can’t inculcate good values there our education starts to rot. Results of this we see in many means people apply to get jobs promotion posts.we preserve a thought that “thoda moda to galti chalta h”. And this thoda moda gives ripple effect in volume what we face now in private plus govt areas. No area is untouched. Take example like if traffic police sieges anyones vehicle then even if police doesn’t demand the bribe people tends to give. And if police demand the penalty people will negotiate with him. What we don’t understand is that bhai galti dono situation m h. But we see one side police as victim and not general public. Same is with khedkar where we need to catch the nexus we are carrying on subjects like reservations. Pullout the nexus be vigilant and not to deviate from topic is the issue. I am an alumnus of a reputed engineering institute. My father is a retired government scientist. He comes from rural farming background and has worked hard to save money. We don't even own a car because we had to save to build a house. When I was in my third year, we took a loan for our house and the EMI was deducted from my father's salary. So much so that our net family income was less than 6 lakhs a year. At that point of time, I was looking for some scholarship to make sure my college fees doesn't burden my family too much. When I looked for it, there was not a single scholarship for which I was eligible. The requirements for scholarship were to be either OBC, SC/ST or female candidate. I belonged to neither. And my roommate, who had gotten his seat via reservation, had his entire academic fees waived off. Because he was from SC. The thing which just stumped me was that his father is a branch manager of a very well known private bank and his yearly income is more than 40 lakhs. Owns an iPhone, ordered food online instead of going to mess and visited one foreign country every year during our vacations. Today I believe that we're facing reverse discrimination in the name of justice.

You are absolutely right. People blame students that they waste years but don't question the UPSC..in this age and time it has to reform and curtail the time they take for the exam. There are always 1-2 Q are for omission. Do they sleep while preparing the question paper that after the exam is over they realise that we set a question wrong. Bhai then Don't use such language that you yourself is not understanding in the attempt of making paper difficult.And answer key and cutoff has to published immediately. No excuse for that. Sheer autocracy of this institution who asks questions about democracy and transparency in the exam. And ethics paper is just a joke. Something similar happened this time for prelims, my friend was not sure if he wanted to appear for the exam this year or not so he chose to fill the form around the last dates, probably 4-5 days before the last date. But the upsc application site didn’t work like he tried n number of times but he was just not getting the Otp. Those 4-5 days he spent in so much anxiety and later was not able to fill the form. Then upsc extended the date by one day but no one knew about it because their was no announcement no notification.

Upsc is done. They don't take any feedback from aspirants. The previous years CSAT is pain in the as* to clear for non engineering background. They ask IIT level questions in UPSC pre CSAT. And now this. Personally I know a IDES officer who takes 25 Lakh INR and gives jobs in DRDO. This offer is only for select few people who know that guy. They take only cash for payment no UPI. UPSC is totally gone crazy. Every one has seen Vikas sir of Drishti IAS say that the interview panel gives good marks to someone who has a pretty face. Ugly faced people get low interview marks.
