​@@UPSCprepIAS I have observed the same with myself. And this happens when we are in a hurry to tell the things that we have in our mind and are less focused on listening. One exercise that I found helpful is, to tell your message or question in 50% lesser words, which helps us become conscious of how much we talk and also spares more time for the speaker. Conveys the message efficiently.

You really need to work on this… for the sake of the interviewee and the sake of the viewers.
