They honestly, for their own mental health, all need to give up on her. As someone whose uncle was a hardcore heroin addict, at some point, you need to just step away before it destroys who YOU are as well. As someone who had to take care of family due to terminal illness. Hearing Tammy absolutely disgusts me. You have no idea how greatful she should be to have family help. It is not a bad thing to have a home nurse. We weren't able to get a home nurse unfortunantly, and most of the care fell on me. Not going to lie, that was the hardest 3 years of my life. It takes a strain on you. I feel for you Amy.

Tammy says she’s not a child but, Amy has to make her food or buy it, has to wipe her ass, help her shower, help her get dressed, give her a ride whenever she needs it, listen to Tammy complain about everything and everyone. When I first started watching this show I just loved both Amy & Tammy and felt a great deal of empathy and hope for them.But anymore it's become clear that Tammy is not capable of caring about anything or anyone but herself. She has no intention of losing weight and getting her life together. Out of all the siblings, Amy has a ton of patience for Tammy and is trying to take care of her, but all she gets is get attacked in return since Tammy sees that kindness as Amy being "soft" and easy to bully.
