First off, if i was 20 years younger, I wo uld be rushing down to buy them! That being said though, I will have to be content with watching your vids and living vicariously through you, Davin and others as you tear through the under (and often times, over) growth!!! As always, the job looks great. Broke my heart to see the one pine go down at 22:30. I'm a fan of evergreens. Wish I had a spare $50k under the mattress. I've got 80 acres of family property up here in NE Washington State that could use some love. I get nervous as each fire season approaches and I'm clearing with hand tools. It's a process.

As always, John's doing the Lord's work on these locations! Good lord it looks amazing compared to before when you barely started on the plot. Where it was once mostly overgrown and untidy where you can't really see the plot very well to just a tidy piece of land afterwards, truly that ASV and Fecon's done so much that I'll miss seeing it doing its thing.

Yes John Happy 😊 Anniversary to you and your wife and I wish I lived closer to you and I'd be proud to help you for next to nothing because I'm retired and I'm very bored 😴 and always liked helping Run Heavy 🪨 Equipment especially Bulldozers and you are exactly right about Someone planting Cane and that's always a Terrible mistake and as you know Cane can take over anyone's Property in a very short time and it's a complete mess only if you live on a lake or River front where you have a Bad wash out problems and as long as a person keeps it cut down on the shore side to keep it where anyone can manage and control just how far the Cane growth can go on a person's property ! My buddy priced out your exact setup last year. Brand new complete and rolling. 160,000 $. And that’s with being on a 6 month waitlist to get it. He decided to go another way Not because of the cost but due to the wait to get it.

Well you certainly demonstarated what this machine is capable of, it`s amazing it just eats trees and grinds them up, the crazy part is the attatchments cost what the machine is worth. I was curious what something like this costs, when you take into consideration a new pickup is $60k, that doesn`t seem like a bad deal at all, the property looks great.

John, I am pleased for you that the machine and head have been sold. In any business unused/underused assets are better off being sold. Then the cash can be used to improve cash flow or a new project. Machines see there to make money for you, sit and look pretty.
