Uptime Kuma I Raspberry Pi I How to Monitor Mqtt Broker and Send Status to Line Notify

Make Uptime Kuma to monitor mqtt broker which was installed in raspberry pi. Besides monitor the status in the browser, the notification could be set up by line token. It could send the reminder message to line notify if the status suddenly changes(online/offline).
