Hey Peter, I came up with a drill to help transition to the Frida arms at 2:14. I found them tough because on 5 & 6 my legs are still front-back but my arms move along a side-side plane. Doing 2 "up"s in a row at the end without twists, to music, helped me break my arms free of my legs. Then I added twists, still a double up though (btw, it REALLY helps to say, "hey hey!" while doing the "double up"). I'm just now starting to try the Frida arms. they still don't always work, but after this drill at least the attempt no longer throws off my footwork. Hope this is helpful to anyone having the same problem!
