I had mine delivered today. This is for my Dad who is 87. I followed your video exactly and it was very helpful. This item is very light and folding it is very easy. This can be lifted by someone old because it's so light. However it is well built and quite sturdy. I will be taking this to my Dad tomorrow and I'm sure he will be overjoyed. Thank you guys for putting such a great Walker on the market. If you are thinking about getting one, don't think, buy it.

Well I took it to my Dad's today and he just was smiling ear to ear. Very easy to use and I measure the armrests and the memory keys. He loves it and we are happy customers. Thank you guys for putting out a wonderful product.

My gripe with most videos like this is that the person used to demonstrate it's use is never as disabled like me. So I will never be assured that it will be worth my while buying it. I have a disability + lost a leg and have an above knee prosthetic leg fitted.

This would be much better if the armrests were facing the opposite direction with the seat behind the user - no need for balancing act to turn & sit. Plus, a posterior Rollator is steadier allow the user to be fully supported inside the frame. Can the armrest units be removed & reinstalled facing the opposite direction?

I wish I could afford one of this up Walker I have the short one I am bend over walking when I go to the Dr. Or I walking on Walker cane and that uncomfortable to I pray and hope someone would help me get one please I taken care of the elderly all my life and I have bad knees problems and arthritis and back hurt I live on SSI and cannot buy one maybe somebody will here my true story don't want you too feel sorry for me I would like too have one maybe I would go more places.

Try Ebay... sometimes a site will have an auction & you may be able to get it for less.. also look for a like-new refurbished one for less...

Is the upwalker neuro version available? I want to try it for my husband. He is relearning how to walk post paralysis from car accident. He can use regular walker with armrests and has even tried a cain. His stamina isn't all the way there yet and we would like something for home instead of his powerchair. He is also 6'2"🤷🏽‍♀️

Yes, the Neuro version IS available. Saw it on the website today. I want to buy an Upwalker, and I’m trying to decide which model would be best for me. I have several back problems: Scoliosis, lordosis and spinal stenosis, plus several collapsed vertebrae, which causes me to have to walk sort of bent forward, PLUS osteoarthritis. A doctor told me my back is a complete mess. I want to get out and walk more to get some exercise. Due to my back problems, I don’t get enough exercise, leading to a lot of weight gain. I only hope the seat will accommodate me, since I weigh 230 pounds now and only 5’ 3”. So I thought buying one of these would help.

Hi there, thanks for your message, I believe what you are referring to is the bridge assembly which is designed to attached the armrest poles and connect in the middle, creating additional stability for the user.
