Hi there thank you for this video. I was trying body dragging yesterday and somehow when i change direction from right to left. My body starts to spin underneath but the wrong way. How can i do this better ? I think. Maybe it's to do with the legs or something like that?

Good video, mostly well explained. Could do with a little more detail at the point where the board is first contacted. Also I prefer 45° to 10 or 2 Good work B+ 👍
