I really want to join your community, but I've been on this platform from a long time, and what I realized it that it doesn't matter how good your proposal is, but if it is not getting viewed by client then there is no point of applying, the big freelancers who already have long term work applies to jobs like crazy, it becomes hard to compete with them. For invitations no matter how much we optimize our profile we're all at the mercy of Upwork' algorithm. Do you have a budget one should spend to land clients? so we'll get an idea of how much to invest to start seeing good results.

They don't always give connects for interviews to prevent people from "Gaming" their system, but they still do it sometimes - it just won't be every interview, and they have a max connects per week.
