Your situation is very similar to mine, I was the black sheep for unknown reasons my whole life, I grew up in the foster system, had no parents no values no morals nothing was lost. With no love no guidance, I healed and guided myself. It took a while to get here but I made it, I became strong on my own because I finally WOKE up and I saw everything, and heard. So I removed myself from everyone and everything that was no good for my life . I removed all the negatives and toxicity. I left family, friends and others behind because they were no good. I built myself up and I'm proud of my achievements.

Same happen to me I'm 43 with 5 kids, I felt that way. Not a grandma yet, I raised myself basically. Mom gone when I was 9 father was in our of our life, he passed when I was 21 and his first grandson I had before he passed, never met my grandparents on my mom side, they passed before I was thought of, met my dad parents then papa passed when graduate from high school. Grow up with my brother kids, heavy church going folks love them so much. Watch and learn from them. Yes old soul here as well blessings.

I know how you feel I was raised by my Mommy but Daddy left me when I was 6 and I was so nervous and depressed when he did that I started biting my nails into the quik and the skin bleeding again over and I will never forget that day it was a terrible day for a little girl and he raised 4 stepchildren instead of his own it really hurts and I believe that is what caused my depression at 6 and at 35 I found my Mommy passed away in the floor and my 2 sons were with me and they were 10 and 4 years old and my 10 year old has been depressed since and he's getting worse than he was 21 years ago and he's almost 32 and he loved his Nanny she was like his Mommy to him and he breaks my heart and soul is still aching from the pain of losing my best friend that was my Mommy she was all I ever had until I had my son Jacob and then Justin. 😢 Next month on the 16th will be 21 years that I wouldn't want anyone to ever walk in my shoes 😢😢
