Tbh that would be hard, for me there's no accurate way to determine who's good because the meta can constantly change and the main elements of how some unit have good build is variant to every player. But thank you for letting me know!

@@VansYujia ok i unterstand. Problem for me espacially is, that i am a new player und have too choose which units i focus. So far i know rayleigh, marco and gear 4 luffy. So u need 2 more dps. And i love law as a charakter. Is he good enough to take him?

He is good. The thing is, UR hero is not reccomended for new player. That rarity will consume so many resource. I've seen so many whale build different UR unit in no time but overall all UR unit is good
