Very frank and convincing analysis. Having export and other targets without any action plans are meaningless. If this plan is supplemented by the sectoral plan out together by Stefan Dercon, it can work. However, these plans have to be pushed and there seems to be no reform champions in the cabinet. The bureaucracy wants to maintain the status quo. One year of this govt has almost passed and there hasn't been any notable reform in any of the key areas. Overall, excellent discussion.
