* Water for grinding - 1/4 cup (add gradually)
* Curry leaves - 1 tsp, chopped
* Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
* Green chilly - 1, finely chopped
* Ginger - 1 tsp, finely chopped
* Fresh coconut - 1.5 tbsp, finely chopped
* Salt - 3/4 tsp, as per the taste
* Pinch of hing (asafoetida)
* Pinch of baking soda
* Oil for deep frying
