In this vlog we are going to make fish and chips village style. Luke caught a big fish and gave us a big piece. He talked about lately to do a fish and chips video and now it has become a reality.
First Chef Josese cleans the fish and after that it is time to cook it. After cooking it Chef Josese lets the meat cool down.
The chips in the village style fish and chips is cooked cassava. Therefore after the fish is cooked it is time for the cassava to be cooked.
Chef Josese mix the flower and fish together and now it is ready to be fried and after that it is ready to be served.
