What is that screw on the gearbox.is that an oil drain plug? At 3:15 min

Thank you for your video, my ignition timing is now excellent. I wondered why the owner manual says set to 9.5-10.5 mm instead of 3-4 mm?

Standard Point gap must be 0.4mm. Not only on Dnepr Ural but on majority of vehicles with points. Cheers.
