Uranus, Mars or Neptune in 1st House

My 1st house Neptune friend is 51 and still on a mission to discover his true self. He feels like he has many different consciousnesses in him, which is definitely a real thing that we can all experience, but 1st House Neptunes might absorb, or take on, or just be aware of so many that they lose themselves. It could be your ancestors, past lives, parallel lives, soulmates and their parallel lives, etc.

I have a H1 Uranus in Sag and H12 Mars on my Asc in Sco and I dress and do my hair in a very unusual way. I'm already androgynous from my Gemini Sun, but Mars on my Asc lends to that and also gives me a weird, friendly, passive aggression. I secretly and not-so-secretly LOVE competition. I admire my male friends' strength and abilities, and we all know I'll never surpass them, but trying to compete fuels me with motivation, whereas normally with a H12 Saturn and Mars I would never feel motivated and just stay depressed.
