A bit crazy, but I saw your news story that you had spotters, etc. Although to some it may look reckless, I think you took pretty good precautions. Of course, a 100% closed course would have been the only truly safe way to do this. Maybe I missed something, but the only "damage" to city property that I saw was some ripped up ice plant. Well , you thinking doesn't make anything legal or illegal . It really doesn't take that much to make a vehicle street legal. It's more legal than a lot of the race cars that are street legal and have tags. I didn't notice if his has a tag or not.... edit: He has a tag in the back window , so in the state he has it registered in it is street legal OR he is using a plate to appear legal , but if that is the case that is a lot more charges and punishments so I would imagine he was smart enough to not do that and the tag does belong to the car
