@@wider-b7t Hi, M1 has manual dispensing which can operate without electricity, please note the purification process needs electricity but dispensing does not whereas the M2 will need electricity for both purposes. I bought M2 and am using it since Feb 24, I am happy with it, twice the TDS value got below 100 (we prefer 150-200) and I contacted customer care and it got resolved within same day.

FRAUD!!!!! Don't buy Native M1 and M2! You always need an extra BOOSTER PUMP for running the machine, which costs around Rs. 2500 to 3000 (last up to 1.5 or 2 yrs maximum). That means you need extra 3000 Rs. in every 1.5 or 2 years! More over this extra device damages the machine very quickly. You have to pay extra electricity bill also for Booster Pump. Where the other water purifiers work at normal water pressure, it does'nt. It only works at high water pressure. You need at least 18 ft seperation of height between this water purifier and Water tank of your house. Don't go for it. This company claims low maintanence cost (4500 Rs. for 2 years) but you should be paid extra 5000 Rs. (Pump+Electricity) with it. I don't know HOW LONG THIS COMPANY WILL LASTS with their Purifiers and Fraud Promises! Again my suggestion is DON'T GO FOR IT. I've wasted my money!

Such a bad experience with the Urban company. Ironically the company which main business model is to provide quality service, is not able to fullfill it's own product dilvery and installation. 1) I order their water purifier first of all it took 4 days to dilver in comparison Amazon retailer was dilvering it in 1 day. 2) It's literally so difficult to reach the coustomer support, as every fuc_ing time they are busy. And they will response after 5,6 hr. And end the chat within few mins. 3) It's been 3 days the dilvery is done, yet no one has arrived to install. They have rescheduled it twice now again they are asking to reschedule it again after 4 days.

Don’t buy this product. They don’t mention before you buy that you need 4G service and not 5G service. If you have 5G service, sorry for loss of Rs. 18000 but they don’t give you any refund or return this product. They send someone to install but not for IT technical setup. The device has a local Wi-Fi which might connect with your phone but in such case, it is loss of the customer and not of urban company. Considering all the situation, Native M2 is an experiment of Urban company on the cost of customer’s money, and zero risk for themselves. What a smart business Urban Company!!! Highly recommended NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT. It is an inflexible business model which would NOT be successful in long run.

I bought native M1 from flipkart. Delivery was made just in 2 days. Its been 10 days from delivery. They are not in a position to provide professional. The service team simply make calls and inquire whether professional visited or not. They least bother our concern, instead gave waste suggestions to return the product. I feel regretting buying the product. Dont trap for their fake advertising.

When you want to sound confident with false information, cuz your aim is marketing the product to increase sales figures. TDS fewer than 50: This is not acceptable. Because water with such a low TDS level lacks essential minerals. Acceptable: TDS levels in the 50-150 range, on the other hand, are considered ideal. If you're using a RO water purifier, make sure the TDS level in the purified water isn't less than 80 mg/L.
