I know they're racially Asian, but sometimes i see them as being Asian-Latino culturally. Whatever the case may be, we welcome Filipinos into our culture. :)

People sometime think I'm chinese from sideview I get a lot of mix feedbacks growing up but I have had more Mexicans puerto ricans speak to me in Spanish I get that a lot i just call myself Filipino it's hard to explain to people and teaching our history to people I guess I'm out of %2 percent I'm mixed I know I'm mixed but when people ask me who I am I just say FILIPINO!!!

My mom and Lola told me we have Portuguese and Spanish & Chinese and Malay one reason is on my mom said she said my greatgreatgrandfather portugese our last name is portugese and my greatgreatgrandfather married local filipina had kids which would be my grandfather my grandfather married my grandmother who Spanish Chinese and had my mom then I was born after my mom gave birth

They wish to be Latin American or Spanish.....and not Asian.
