Right? I was 15 and i remember I had drank way too much vodka before going into the theater. We went to one of those $1 matinee showings in a crappy little theater. My friends were worrying that we were going to get kicked out because I reeked of alcohol and was apparently acting a fool in the lobby. Somehow( other than a group of 4 or 5 guys a few years older than us) the theater was empty. They ended up being cool & sharing some weed with us. They were hilarious and kept trying to scare us through out the movie. My best friend started dating one of them and now over 22 years later they are married. We're all still close even to the other guys who were there that night. Everytime I see them I remember that night and this movie, lol. Kinda cool met lifelong friends that night. I love Urban Legend (1998). The concept and theme was unique and inventive as it was absolutely and positivity constructed perfectly from the very beginning to the end. It was such a nail-biting and intense rollercoaster thrill ride as it will keep you on the edge of your seat. 😰😱 It was decent. To this day I still watch it and I consider it a classic. It never gets old. You can not possibly forget about this movie as it's just so memorable and well-known. It is one of Jamie Blanks best and finest work in horror cinema. When it was first released it received negative reviews which totally confused me 😕🤔 but despite that I hold it very close to my heart. It is such a true blue modern gem in horror cinema. I'm so happy that Scream Factory Blu-Ray released a Collector's Edition as it's finally getting the recognition and credibility it deserves as critics and audiences are fully understanding and comprehending the interpretation of the story. 😍😎💯👍🏻

Although it’s not realistic that a skinny chic will have the physical strength to carry out such gruesome murders, I was generally thrilled throughout the scenes. There are cringey situations though. For instance, Tara Reid and other hotchics are wearing minimal clothes while the guys are almost always wearing jackets, and the scenes show it’s a freaking cold rainy weather. I would expect the chics to be clothed according to the weather as well. I get it, they have to show some cleavage and skin (it’s a usual strategy for this kind of movies) but somehow it should make sense. A Not so bad thriller. But after watching it, I understand why it was overshadowed by the likes of I know what you did last summer and scream.
