Tressel annoyed me with his Coaching far more than Urban BUT the results dont lie---Urban still only has the same winning percentage as Tressel at OSU (despite the Hype, taking a year off, and the fact hes been a million different places). Urban did have a couple 4 and 5 loss seasons at Florida like Tressel here, so lets see Urban at least win 10/year for 10 years, win more than 1 National Title here, and build a dynasty at ONE place and NOT burning out before we say hes better than Tressel

Say what you want about Urban Meyer- Buckeye fans don't care but you cannot deny that he isn't a leader and very smart man and one of the best coaches in NCAA history 165-29( 5-0 vs TTUN 39-2 in the Big Ten 10-3 in bowls and 3 National titles)if you want to refute those numbers then you are just being ridiculous-with the last two recruiting classes OSU will win 2 more titles so get used to it

12-0 and now only ahead of Ohio State Tressel in winning percentage. Lets see Urban stick with one place for a decade and not take any time off due to Burnout before we say hes better than Tress. Urban has a better chance of winning National Titles BUT its hard to imagine hes really gonna beat Tressel winning 100+ games in 10 years at 1 place

Gene Smith lied about talking to Urban before November 20th, 2010. Because according to Shelley they where talking to him earlier in the year when the scandal was going on which lead to Tressel resigning as head coach. The only reason why Luke was named interim head coach at the time because Urban was still trying to get his personal life with himself and his family together. Everyone knew that Urban was coming to Ohio State long before November 20th so in this case Gene lied.
